鍾罩閥工作原理

概述

鍾罩閥是重要用於(yu) 高溫塵氣的開關(guan) 閥，高爐和煤氣發生爐使用比較常見，有幹式和濕式兩(liang) 種類型。具有結構緊湊，占地麵積小，氣密性嚴(yan) ，可靠性高等特點。鍾罩閥原理很簡單，上部是一筒狀或者錐形鍾罩，鍾罩與(yu) 上部運動杆相連，下部為(wei) 進氣口，密封時鍾罩著落將下部進氣口密封，反之向上則閥門開啟，出口設置在側(ce) 麵。

工作原理

A：環鏈葫蘆型chain hoist

鍾罩閥主要由閥座、鍾罩、閥體(ti) 、閥蓋、提升吊杆、提升架及吊杆潤滑密封係統、環鏈電動葫蘆和爬梯係統組成。鍾罩與(yu) 閥座為(wei) 鑄鋼件，控製鍾罩與(yu) 閥座的相對位置關(guan) 係就能達到控製流體(ti) 流量的目的。工作時，閥座是安裝在管道上不動的。鍾罩經吊杆，穿過潤滑密封係統與(yu) 環鏈電動葫蘆的吊鉤連接成一體(ti) 。當環鏈電動葫蘆得到動作信號，開啟鍾罩閥時，環鏈電動葫蘆拉起吊鉤，吊杆垂直上升，從(cong) 而將鍾罩提升，這樣就使鍾罩與(yu) 閥座產(chan) 生了距離，鍾罩閥兩(liang) 端的管路就連通了，實現煙氣的排放。反之，環鏈電動葫蘆吊鉤下降，鍾罩在重力的作用下落下，直到接觸到閥座，這樣就將管路兩(liang) 端的煙氣截斷了。

B：卷揚機型Windlass：

當卷揚機得到動作信號，開啟鍾罩閥時，卷揚機拉緊鋼絲(si) 繩，吊杆垂直上升，從(cong) 而將鍾罩提升，這樣就使鍾罩與(yu) 閥座產(chan) 生了距離，鍾罩閥兩(liang) 端的管路就連通了，實現煙氣的排放。反之，卷揚機鬆開鋼絲(si) 繩，鍾罩在重力的作用下落下，直到接觸到閥座，這樣就將管路兩(liang) 端的煙氣截斷了。
